Where will the Congress be held?
July 2
Plenary sessions will take place at the Oktyabrsky Grand Concert Hall, Ligovsky Prospekt, 6.
The evening reception will be held on the Historical Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theatre, Ostrovsky Square, 6.
July 3 and 4
Business programme sessions will be held on the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theatre, Fontanka River Embankment, 49A.
How to participate
Step 1: Complete the Application form on the official website
Enter the participant's phone number (or the contact person’s number) to receive a verification code via SMS. This phone number will also be used to log into your Personal Account. Learn more here.
To register someone else, click the "Register another participant" button. Please note: if you are registering on someone’s behalf, the participant must confirm the application via SMS.
Provide the required registration details.
If someone other than the participant will manage communication with the organisers (e.g., a personal assistant), please enter their contact information.
Specify the name and details of the public body, or of the company that the participant will represent.
Submit the completed application.
Please note: If multiple representatives from the same organization are attending, a separate application must be submitted for each person. However, the process is simplified for multiple applicants from one company (see below).
Step 2: Wait for Confirmation
Once your registration is approved by the Organising Committee, you will receive access to your Personal Account.
If a contact person was indicated, all confirmation details would be sent to their e-mail address.
How to register colleagues?
If you are a participant yourself, you can register your colleagues by following these steps:
1. Access the "Registration section".
Visit the Registration section on the Congress website and log in using the SMS verification code. The phone number you provide will be used to access your master Personal Account. Learn more here.
2. Submit your own application (If you have already completed this step, proceed to Step 3.)
Click the “Register yourself” button.
Fill in the required registration details.
Provide information about the entity you will represent.
Submit your application.
3. Register a colleague
Click the “Register another participant” button.
Enter the required details of the colleague you wish to register.
Provide the details of the entity they will represent.
Submit the application.
The colleague will receive an SMS with a link to confirm their participation.
4. Confirmation process
Please inform your colleague that they must confirm their registration within 48 hours of receiving the SMS. Once confirmation is received, both you and your colleague will receive an email confirming that the application has been received by the Congress Organising Committee.
 
Registering colleagues if you are not a participant:
If you are not attending the Congress yourself but need to register one or more employees, please follow these steps:
Go to the Registration section on the Congress website and log in using the SMS verification code. The phone number you provide will later give you access to the master Personal Account.

Click the “Register another participant” button;
Enter the required registration details for the employee.
Tick the box labeled “Contact person’s details (if applicable)” and provide your contact information to enable communication with the Organising Committee.
Enter the details of the entity the employee will represent.
Submit the application. The participant will receive an SMS with a link to confirm their registration.
3. Confirmation process
Inform the participant that they must confirm their registration within 48 hours. Once confirmation is received, both you and the participant will receive an e-mail confirming that the application has been received by the Congress Organising Committee.
4. Wait for final confirmation
After the Organising Committee reviews the application, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to both the participant and the contact person at the e-mail addresses provided.
Apply
Can I cancel my participation?
Yes.
To cancel your participation, please notify the Organising Committee either by using the feedback form in your Personal Account or by sending an e-mail to: info@ifcongress.ru.
Can I replace a participant?
Yes.
Participant replacements are allowed up until June 27, 2025. Please contact the organisers by e-mail or use the feedback form in your Personal Account to make the change.
Accessing Your Personal Account
Personal Accounts become available to speakers, participants, and accredited media representatives once their participation is confirmed by the Organizing Committee.
Use the link provided in the confirmation e-mail address listed in your application, or click the “Personal Account” button in the website’s menu.
What you can do in your Personal Account:
Update your personal details;
Access useful information for planning your trip to the Congress;
Download relevant materials and updates from the organisers.
If you registered other participants (even if you are not attending yourself): You can log into the master Personal Account using the phone number you provided during registration. This account functions as a coordinator profile.
Review and edit the information for each participant you registered;
Access resources for organizing your team’s visit;
Book rooms at official Congress hotels at special rates;
Provide arrival and departure details to help the organisers plan shuttle transportation;
Contact the Organizing Committee directly via the feedback form.
When and how to collect your badge
Participant badges can be collected in St. Petersburg at the venues hosting the Congress business programme:
July 2 – at the Oktyabrsky Grand Concert Hall
July 3 and 4 – at the New Stage of the Alexandrinsky Theatre
Important: The opening hours of the accreditation desks will be announced closer to the event date.

How to become a speaker
If you are interested in speaking at the Financial Congress of the Bank of Russia, please complete the application form in the "Become a Speaker" section of the Congress website. Your application will be reviewed by the Programme Committee.

How to register as a speaker?
If you have been invited to speak:.
1) Access the "Registration section" on the Congress website and log in using an SMS code. The phone number you provide will be used to access your general Personal Account.
2) Submit your application:
Click the “Register yourself” button.
Check the box “You have been invited as a speaker.”
Fill in the required registration details.
If someone else will handle communication with the Organising Committee (e.g. a personal assistant), provide their contact information.
Enter the details of the entity you will represent.
Submit the application.
3) Wait for confirmation
After your registration is approved by the Organising Committee, you will receive access to your Personal Account.
If you have specified a contact person, the confirmation e-mail would be sent to their e-mail address.

When completing the speaker’s registration form, be sure to check the box labeled “Invited speaker”.

Uploading your photo and profile for the congress Website?
You can upload your photo and provide your professional profile either:
Directly in the registration form, or
Later, through your Personal Account after registration is complete.
How to log in to your Personal Account?
Personal Accounts are made available to speakers, participants, and media representatives after their participation or accreditation has been confirmed by the Organising Committee.
You can log in to your Personal Account by:
Clicking the link sent to the e-mail address you provided in your application, or
Selecting the “Personal Account” button in the website’s menu.
Each participant has access to their individual Personal Account, where they can:
Add or update personal information;
Access important details and materials for planning their visit to the Congress.
If you have registered other participants using the “Register another participant” button — even if you are not attending the Congress yourself — you can access the master Personal Account using the phone number provided during registration
In the master Personal Account, a delegation coordinator can:
Review and update information for each participant registered;
Access practical information to help organize your team’s visit;
Book rooms at official Congress hotels at special rates;
Provide arrival and departure details to help the organisers plan shuttle transportation;
Contact the Congress Organising Committee via the feedback form.
When and how to collect your badge
Participant badges can be collected in St. Petersburg at the venues of the Congress business programme:

How to get accredited?
To attend the Congress, all media representatives shall be accredited on its official website. Please read the media accreditation rules.
Each media representative shall make separate application. If you register a team, you can use the "Register another participant" button after you fill out the first application.
Fill out the registration form:
Check the "Media Representative" box;
Enter main registration details as requested.
Specify the name of the media outlet (the name you submit will appear on your badge);
Submit your application - we will send a confirmation e-mail to the address indicated in the application;
Wait for the Congress Organising Committee to confirm your accreditation - you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a link to your Personal Account.
