INFORMATION FOR PARTICIPANTS
PARTICIPATION FORMAT: IN PERSON
THE "PARTICIPANT" STATUS OFFERS:
- Participation in all events of the Congress business and cultural programs (except for events by special invitation);
- Lunches and coffee breaks during the business programme;
- A set of information materials and souvenirs;
- Special room rates at the official hotels of the Congress;
- Transfers from the official hotels of the Congress to the business programme venue and back;
- Transfers from the Pulkovo Airport and the Moskovsky Railway Station to the official hotels of the Congress and to the business program venue on 3-4 July, and back on 5–6 July.
PARTICIPATION FEE PER PERSON: RUB 170,000 (VAT EXEMPT)
Please note that if several persons from the same company plan to attend the Congress, a separate application form shall be completed for each representative, and separate invoice and contract will be issued for each attendee.
1. Fill in the application form on the website
- Enter participant's mobile phone and type the received SMS code in the dialog box.
- Please note that only one participant can be registered per one single phone number.
- Confirm acceptance to have your data processed and to receive notifications.
- Enter main registration details as requested.
- Enter the details of a contact person in case someone other than the participant will handle further communication with the organizers (e.g. a personal assistant).
- Enter the details of the company that the attendee will represent.
- Submit the application.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the address indicated in the application.
2. Wait for the confirmation of your registration from the Organizing Committee
- You will receive a confirmation e-mail and a link to your Personal Account at the address provided in the application.
- If a contact person has been indicated, the confirmation will be sent to their e-mail address.
3. Cancelling your participation
- If you cancel your participation before 20 June 2024, your fee will be refunded in full.
- If you decide to cancel your participation, please use the feedback form on your “Personal Account” page or notify the organizers by e-mail.
4. Substituting a participant
- You may substitute a participant no later than 27 June 2024. To do that, please contact the organizers by e-mail or via the Congress chatbot.
5. Receiving a badge
You can get your participant badge in St. Petersburg – from 2 July.
Detailed information on the opening hours of the registration points will be published later.
Please note that each media representative shall fill out an individual accreditation form. If several persons from the same media outlet plan to take part in the Congress, a separate form shall be submitted for each of them.
