TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

PARTICIPATION FORMAT: IN PERSON

THE "PARTICIPANT" STATUS OFFERS:

Participation in all events of the Congress business and cultural programs (except for events by special invitation);
Lunches and coffee breaks during the business programme;
A set of information materials and souvenirs;
Special room rates at the official hotels of the Congress;
Transfers from the official hotels of the Congress to the business programme venue and back;
Transfers from the Pulkovo Airport and the Moskovsky Railway Station to the official hotels of the Congress and to the business programme venue on 5–6 July, and back on 7–8 July.

PARTICIPATION FEE PER PERSON: RUB 150,000 (VAT EXEMPT)

SUBMIT APPLICATION

HOW TO TAKE PART: FOLLOW THESE STEPS

Please note that if several persons from the same company plan to attend the Congress, a separate application form shall be completed for each representative, and separate invoice and contract will be issued for each attendee.

1. Fill in the application form on the website

Enter main registration details as requested.
Enter the details of a contact person in case someone other than the participant will handle further communication with the organizers (e.g. a personal assistant).
Enter the details of the company that the attendee will represent.
Confirm acceptance of the Terms of Service and the Personal Data Processing Agreement.
Submit the application.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address indicated in the application.

SUBMIT APPLICATION

2. Wait for the confirmation of your registration from the Organizing Committee

You will receive a confirmation email and a link to your Personal Account at the address provided in the application.
If a contact person has been indicated, the confirmation will be sent to their email address.

3. Cancelling your participation

If you cancel your participation before 22 June 2023, your fee will be refunded in full.
If you decide to cancel your participation, please use the feedback form on your “Personal Account” page or notify the organizers by email.

4. Substituting a participant

You may substitute a participant no later than 22 June 2023. To do that, please contact the organizers by email or via the Congress chatbot.

5. Receiving a badge

You can get your participant badge:

In Moscow, by courier delivery – from 26 June to 4 July;
In St. Petersburg, at check-in desks located at the official hotels of the Congress – from 5 July;
In St. Petersburg, at the business programme venue – on 6-7 July.

Detailed information on badge delivery times and the opening hours of the registration points will be published later.

MEDIA INFORMATION

Please note that each media representative shall fill out an individual accreditation form. If several persons from the same media outlet plan to take part in the Congress, a separate form shall be submitted for each of them.

Please proceed to the Media Accreditation section and complete the application.

Enter the main registration details as requested.
Enter the name of the media outlet (the name you submit will appear on your badge).
Confirm your acceptance of the Terms of Service and the Personal Data Processing Agreement.
Submit the application.
A confirmation email will be sent to the address indicated in the application.
Wait for the confirmation of your accreditation from the Congress Organizing Committee.
You will receive a confirmation email and a link to your Personal Account at the address provided in the application.

ABOUT YOUR PERSONAL ACCOUNT

Personal accounts become available to speakers, participants and media representatives after the Organizing Committee confirms their participation or accreditation.

You can log in to your Personal Account using the individual link sent by the organizers to the email address indicated in your application. If a contact person has been indicated in the application, the link will be sent to their email address.

If necessary, you can request access once again: click the “Personal Account” button in the website’s menu and enter the email address you provided upon registration. The access link will be sent to that email address.
